I’ve lived in a number of places, and this pharmacy is top notch. The staff is conscientious and friendly, the pharmacists knowledgeable and careful. They communicate well with Drs offices and insurance, and always have my medication. The best part is when I pull up to the window, they not only know who I am, but usually have my script ready to go.

We LOVE Fishburne Pharmacy! We have a chain pharmacy just blocks away from our house and since switching to Fishburne, driving into town has been worth it! The service is excellent, they are so friendly and helpful, and Dave has been available anytime to answer our questions and concerns. I also like that THEY answer the phone and not some automated service. THANK YOU FISHBURNE PHARMACY!! I'm so glad we switched!

Fishburne is a wonderful independently owned pharmacy with fantastic caring people working there that will go the extra mile to help there customers any way they can. I also really like that they always have my medications or if they run out then it's usually by the next day, unlike most of the big chain stores were I had to go without my medicine for over 2 weeks because they would keep telling me different reasons why they couldn't get it in and on top of that they would not check with another one of there stores to see if they would have any, they told me I would have to call around, but they would not give me that info so go figure ! So I am truly happy and thankful that I found Fishburne in Waynesboro, VA they truly go above and beyond for every customer !!!

Very friendly, understanding and accommodating. I feel like a person when i go there, and at other pharmacies i am convinced that personality and customer service are not a job requirement. The general energy there is very positive and the pharmacist's and assistant's seem to know the customers personally. I have never dreaded going there or left angry or upset. That has been a constant with local chain pharmacies for me prior to being directed to Fishburne by my Doctor. Kindly, Christine

Wonderful pharmacy and super nice folks running it! Prescriptions are always ready in a timely manner and communication with providers is almost always prompt! I'd recommend Fishburne and Sons to anyone looking to break away from those big name pharmacies!

I had a truly wonderful experience today at Fishburne. My needs were accounted for, my questions answered, and the customer service was phenomenal. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. During a time when healthcare is at the utmost of importance, this is someplace you can count on to take care of you.

I transferred all of my prescriptions from CVS about 6 months ago. I wish I had done it sooner! I am extremely happy with Fishburne Pharmacy! Their customer service is excellent. They are very quick with all refills. I am very pleased with my experiences at this hometown business.

I swapped to Fishburne on a friend's recommendation after getting fed up with the constant long wait times and mess ups at the larger pharmacies and stores. It has been smooth sailing for the past 2 years. Staff are always friendly, they always call and let you know when your prescriptions are ready so you dont have to wait, and they have a little drive through for convenience. I have never waited more than 15 minutes for a prescription here, and they have never messed up my insurance charges either. I will continue to be a regular here as long as I live in the area.

I must say, the Pharmacist does a Wonderful job at representing GOD. He truly Cares :D I've been with them for a few years now and their attentiveness, care and concern has never changed. Anyone can call themselves Christians, but it feels so good to truly be under the care of Real ones! He doesn't have it say it, he portrays it. And, when it comes to your Health, that Matters. So, I'd recommend anyone, especially the elderly, someone living alone and/or dealing with chronic health issues to consider Fishburne Pharmacy. They even deliver right to your door! Trust me, you can't go wrong with them. I know I didn't.. And, I'm so glad I can now leave this review to show viewers, and Them, my Appreciation. 💖

Recently switched to Fishburne after getting tired of dealing with big box pharmacies. I had a doctors appointment earlier this morning and by the time I was done with my blood work, my script had already been filled. I was given a courtesy call to let me know it was ready. I was informed on pickup that there was a convenience fee to use my card. I approved the convenience fee because I had no cash on me. My card was not charged until I signed off that I agreed to the small fee. It was refreshing not to have to deal with the attitudes of the employees at the bigger chain stores. I am glad I made the switch. Looking forward to doing more business with Fishburne Pharmacy.
